Site preparation

Groundworks and Civils
We specialise in executing all types of groundworks and civil engineering works including the construction of concrete foundations and floor slabs, ground stabilisation works, installation of external drainage, builder's work in connection with external services, street furniture, roadworks and hard landscaping.
Building Soft Strip
We also provide a total building soft strip service, from the considerate removal of fixtures and fittings, to the removal of complex structural elements, including floors, ceilings and staircases thereby reducing the building to “shell and core” and leaving it ready for refurbishment and fitting out.
